Scope of this policy

This policy covers this website (https://rechvix.nodedr.com), operated by NODEDR INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. It does not cover the Rechvix software itself once you've cloned and self-hosted it — at that point, your data lives on your own server under your own control, and we have no access to it whatsoever.

What this website collects

The contact form on this site sends the information you submit (name, email, subject, message) to our internal Nodedr submission service so we can reply to you. We do not sell this information or share it with third parties beyond what's needed to respond to your message. Standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, requested page) may be retained briefly for security and abuse prevention.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use third-party advertising trackers. Any analytics in use are limited to aggregate, privacy-respecting traffic measurement.

The Rechvix software

Rechvix is designed to be self-hosted, with no mandatory cloud dependency and no phone-home telemetry. The only outbound network calls the software itself makes are integrations you explicitly configure — GST e-Invoice/e-Way Bill submission (required by Indian law for those specific documents), WhatsApp/email sharing, and optional cloud object storage. What data those integrations transmit is governed by the integration's own purpose (for example, an e-Invoice submission necessarily goes to the GST Network), not by us.
