This website

This website (https://rechvix.nodedr.com) is provided by NODEDR INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED for informational purposes — to describe the Rechvix software, host its documentation and blog, and provide a way to contact us. It does not itself run any Rechvix instance or store your business data.

The Rechvix software license

Rechvix (the software, hosted at https://github.com/Raktim94/rechvix) is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0). You are free to self-host, use, and modify it for your business, including commercial use. If you modify it and run that modified version as a network service for others, you must make your modified source available to those users under the same license.

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, as stated in the AGPL-3.0 license text. In particular, NODEDR INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED makes no warranty that any given build or stage of Rechvix is suitable for production use in your business — see the roadmap and docs/TODO.md for exactly what's verified today.

Rechvix desktop app (Microsoft Store)

The Rechvix desktop app is distributed via the Microsoft Store and is a thin client shell — it holds no billing, inventory, or accounting logic itself. On first launch it asks which server to connect to (your own self-hosted Rechvix instance) and saves that URL; every feature you use runs on that server, not inside the desktop app or on any server NODEDR INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED operates. We don't collect, store, or transmit your business data through the desktop app, and it sends no telemetry back to us. GST e-Invoice/e-Way Bill submissions, when you enable them, go directly from your own server to the relevant government endpoint — NODEDR INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is not a party to that exchange.

Self-hosted deployment itself is governed by the AGPL-3.0 license above, not by this Store listing — this section only covers downloading and running the desktop shell from the Microsoft Store. The fuller draft used for the Store submission lives in the repository at apps/desktop/msix/TERMS_AND_PRIVACY.md.

Acceptable use of this website

Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, or gain unauthorized access to this website or the contact form's backing service.
