FAQ
Inventory questions
Can I manage several warehouses?
Yes. A company can have branches and warehouses, and stock balances, reservations and valuation are shown per warehouse. Permissions can be scoped so people see what they work on.
Can I import products and purchases?
Yes. CSV and Excel import opens a shared workflow with a Preview step to correct rejected rows before importing. Scan distributor bill reads a bill photo with OCR in your browser, and Import from AI accepts Markdown that an AI chat tool you choose prepared from the bill. Rechvix itself calls no AI service. Either way you review supplier, product match, units, price and tax against the source bill, because a successful scan does not prove the purchase is correct.
Is the stock balance an editable number?
No. Balances come from an append-only history of movements. To correct stock you record an adjustment with a reason, and it appears in the history.
Does it do manufacturing or bills of materials?
No. Rechvix has no production planning, bills of materials or MRP. It covers buying, holding and selling stock.
