FAQ
Invoicing questions
Can I invoice in a language other than my interface language?
Yes. The company has a default invoice language and each invoice can override it. Printing in another language changes labels; it does not translate product names or notes you typed. Hindi invoices print from the browser with an embedded Devanagari font.
How do foreign-currency invoices work?
Choose the invoice currency and enter the rate as company-currency units per one invoice-currency unit. Catalogue prices are converted at that rate and the books are posted in the company currency. Rechvix does not fetch market rates and does not revalue balances automatically.
What is the difference between a credit note and a sales return?
A sales return is for goods that physically come back, so stock increases. A credit note is a financial adjustment with no stock movement. Both are finalized when you confirm them, so treat the confirmation as a posting action.
Which print layouts exist?
A4, compact, thermal receipt and quotation layouts, with invoice branding for your logo, address, bank details and terms. A quotation printout is not a replacement for a tax invoice.
