Tutorial
Learn Rechvix from the real screens.
Five steps get you from a blank installation to an accountant-ready export. The complete illustrated tutorial covers all 22 application routes with 48 screenshots.
1. Set up your business
Create the first account on the setup screen, then open Settings to choose country, language, invoice branding, branches, warehouses and bank accounts.
2. Create your first invoice
Open Sales, then New sale. Search or add a customer, scan or search products, check quantities and finalize.
3. Receive stock and read the history
Record a purchase to receive goods, then open the product's stock card to see each movement.
4. Record payments, returns and credit notes
From a finalized invoice, record a receipt, print it, or return goods and issue a credit note.
5. Hand files to your accountant
Open the tax page for your country, choose the company and period, review the checks and download the package.

Where this comes from
Screenshots were captured from Rechvix 0.14.24 on 2026-10-21 using fictional records and a real local server and database. The source of truth is tutorial.md in the Rechvix repository (commit f27eb2b). This page is refreshed from that repository with a sync script; if the app changes, the GitHub tutorial is the more current reference. Questions? Contact us.
