Invoicing and quotations

Multi-warehouse inventory
Balances, reservations, valuation and low stock per warehouse, with SKU, barcode, unit, brand and a movement history behind every number.
Purchasing and suppliers
Record supplier bills, receive goods into the warehouse you choose and follow what you still owe each supplier.
Payments and receipts
Pay in full, by percentage or a custom amount. Paid and outstanding figures update on the invoice at once.
Returns and credit notes
Financial credit notes, physical returns that put stock back, and cancellations that ask for confirmation.
Double-entry accounts
Ledgers, customer and supplier ageing, trial balance, fiscal periods and expenses with attachments.
Reports
Sales, purchases, receivables and stock reports, with credit notes subtracting from sales.
Accountant exports
Workpapers, source registers and review checks for India, Spain, the UK and the US. Prepared for your accountant, never filed for you.
Imports and bill capture
CSV and Excel price lists, in-browser bill scanning and assisted AI-Markdown import, each reviewed line by line before saving.
Languages and currencies
Eight interface languages. Invoice language and currency are separate choices, using an exchange rate you enter.
Printing
A4, compact, thermal receipt and quotation layouts with your own branding, and Hindi invoices with an embedded Devanagari font.
Companies, branches and roles
Several companies, branches and warehouses in one installation, with staff permissions, attendance and a calendar.
API, webhooks and MCP
An OpenAPI-described REST API with scoped keys, signed webhooks and a read-only, permission-checked MCP interface.
