Customer relationships

Keep the next conversation connected to the sale.

Capture a lead before you need a customer account. Move an opportunity through the pipeline, record calls and meetings, and keep follow-up tasks beside the deal.

From a name to a customer

  1. Capture the opportunity: company or contact, expected value, currency and close date.
  2. Move through the staged pipeline as the conversation progresses.
  3. Log calls, meetings, emails and notes. Add dated follow-up tasks and mark them complete.
  4. Convert the lead into a customer without creating duplicate customer records when the action is repeated.
  5. Open the sales workspace to prepare a quotation, then follow the sales-document workflow.

Part of a wider workspace

CRM sits alongside contacts, invoicing, stock, staff attendance and dated tasks. Customer assets, incidents and maintenance plans handle the service work after the sale.

A CRM opportunity is not an invoice or an accounting posting. Winning a deal does not record a payment or move warehouse stock.

What is implemented, and what remains

The pipeline, activities, lead-to-customer conversion and organisation isolation exist in the application and have database integration tests. Rechvix also has staff records, attendance and assigned calendar tasks.

This is not complete feature parity with Zulivio. Reporting hierarchies, automatic assignment rules, shift/break management and live workforce location tracking are not claimed. The source reuse matrix records the integration scope.

Review the current implementation status and CRM and service user guide before relying on a workflow.
